Our journey with PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder) has been both challenging and transformative. Through open conversations, emotional honesty, and a lot of trial and error, we’ve learned how to navigate PMDD not as opponents, but as partners — with compassion, communication, and a shared commitment to understanding.
That PMDD Couple was born from our desire to help others feel less alone. Here, we share what we’ve learned about emotional regulation, relationship balance, and self-awareness — offering insights, stories, and tools that empower both individuals and couples dealing with PMDD.
